Directions

Take one ‘tear-off’ strip per day with food.
Each strip contains one multivitamin and mineral, one antioxidant, one omega-3 softgel and one capsule containing Acidophilus and Bifidus friendly bacteria.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking supplements. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place
