• Order your repeat prescription as usual from your GP & request that it is sent to Bannside Pharmacy

• Bannside Pharmacy will collect the prescription, dispense it and place it in the PS24 

• The PS24 will send you a six-digit PIN code via the PS24 App, or an SMS text message which is valid for 3 days. ​

• You need to pick up the prescription within this 3-day time period. This may change to a shorter length of time if there is a high demand for this service

• You will receive a reminder 24 hours before the period expires

• You will be able to collect your prescription by entering the PIN into the machine

• The PIN can only be used by you or another nominated person (below) aged 18 years or older

• That PIN is no longer valid after 3 days has passed and you will not be able to collect your prescription using it
